2. We include foundation measurements on every slab foundation free of charge. Most inspection companies don't offer foundation readings, even for a fee. Get the peace of mind of knowing what your foundation is doing. 

3. We offer thermal inspections. In Texas we are limited to visual inspections, being able to inspect the home in the infrared spectrum and see what the naked eye can't is a huge advantage. We highly recommend everyone add this amazing inspection tool. However, we understand everyone is on a budget, and that's why we make it optional. 

4. One of our primary goals is to deliver the best inspection service, period! We are dedicated full-time inspectors, prioritizing integrity and attention to detail. Our inspector is a Certified Master Inspector with years of experience.   While other companies may offer lower prices, none can match our value. 

5. We strive to provide quick turnaround times for bookings, inspections, and reports. Typically, we can schedule your inspection within three business days, and you will receive your report within 24 hours of the inspection. Our online inspection reports are mobile-friendly, easily understandable, and feature narrative descriptions and images. 

6. We have invested in drones, crawling bots, ferret cameras, and more so we can offer you the best possible service. We aim to surpass the minimum requirements wherever possible. 

7. We offer booking online or by phone (voice or text), whatever your preference. We use online inspection agreements and payment processing for your convenience. 

8. As members of the Waco Association of Realtors (WAOR) and Fort Hood Association of Realtors (FHAAR), we have supra lockbox access for most listings, enabling independent access without external assistance.
