Guest House

If you have a guest house on the property we will perform the inspection on this home to the same high standards as our Pre-purchase inspections.  If the guest house is booked at the same time as the main home on the property you will receive a discounted rate for this structure.

Guest homes are not included in a home inspection.  To keep our prices fair and competitive we provide this service for an additional fee.  Please call our office to discuss your specific needs.
